YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE A GYM RAT TO GET FIT

Many people think that you need a gym to get in shape. Fact is you DON’T NEED A GYM! to stay fit. Most of us don’t like being in a gym setting, especially during the summer months. The Great Outdoors can truly be your gym there are many things you can do Outdoors. Running in the park is one way, but eventually that can be boring in due time. So, why not try something new, fun & adventurous? Hiking and camping in the mountains could be lots of fun, but also very challenging burning lots of calories and working muscles in a very dynamic way.

Hiking can work your Quads,Hamstrings, Calves, even your triceps if you use hiking trekking poles. All of these muscles get worked in a Dynamic way that you could never experience in a gym setting, which really our bodies where meant to move, not in a linear type of way which we tend to do when we train in a gym doing those same old bodybuilding routines we see in the magazines.

Whatever your activity may be, whether it be rock climbing, kayaking, mountain climbing, canyoneering even ice climbing in the winter, all of these activities can be very challenging fun and can keep you fit all year around while enjoying the Great Outdoors.

So, Get Out There People! and start moving the body in a Dynamic Way…. the way we were meant to move in the first place
